This week, there's a total solar eclipse — visible from Iceland and Spain, and technically happening everywhere at once, even if most of us won't see it in the sky.
That's actually a good excuse to open your journal.
In astrology, eclipses are considered bigger turning points than a regular new moon — sometimes described as "planting a seed" for what comes next. You don't need to believe any of that for the exercise to be useful. A specific date on the calendar is just a nice, low-pressure reason to pause and check in with yourself.
Try this one-line prompt on Aug 13:
"What feels like it's shifting right now?"
Not a big life plan. Not a five-year goal. Just one honest sentence — even something as small as "I feel like I've been avoiding X" or "I keep thinking about Y" counts.
Then, on Aug 28 (the next full moon), come back to what you wrote and ask:
"What's actually changed since then?"

Two questions, two weeks apart. That's the whole practice.
